Baby gets a flu shot

Health Department has Flu Shots

Influenza, more commonly called the flu, can be a serious illness for some people. Influenza vaccine protects adults and children against the flu. The virus that causes the flu changes often, so the vaccine is updated annually. This is why flu immunization is needed every year.

The Health Department now has  seasonal flu and pneumonia vaccines available. No appointment is necessary during clinic hours.

Park City Flu Shot Clinics

Flu Clinics are held every Wednesday from 9 – 11 am and 1 – 4 pm through the winter until the vaccine is gone. There will be a special Extended Flu Clinic on October 10 from 9 – 11 and 1 – 6 pm.

Kamas Flu Shot Clinics

Flu Clinics are held every Tuesday in September and October from 2 -4 pm except the first Tuesday of each month the clinic is held 9 – 11 am until the vaccine is gone.

Call 435-783-4351 ext. 3071 to check on vaccine availability.

Coalville Flu Shot Clinics

Flu Clinics are held every Tuesday in September and October  from 9 – 11 am and 2 – 4 pm except during October when the first Tuesday clinic will be held from 2 – 4 pm and on October 9 when there will be an Extended Flu Clinic from 9 – 11 am and 2 – 6 pm. Clinics in November will be on Tuesdays from 2 – 4 pm.

Flu Vaccine Costs

Cost for regular flu shot is $20.00.

Intradermal flu shots are $20.00

For children 6 months through 18 years with no insurance, under-insured or Medicaid the discounted cost is $10.00.

For those 65 and older:

  • High Dose Flu Shot: $40
  • Pneumonia Vaccine: $65
  • We will bill Medicare. Please bring your cards.
